Tegemist on L322 seeria viimase otsa mudeliga, mis on järelturul kõige otsitavam just oma tugeva 4.4 TDV8 (230 kW) mootori ja kütusesäästliku 8-käigulise ZF automaatkasti tõttu. Erinevalt vanematest mootorivariantidest on see kooslus vaba tuntud väntvõlliprobleemidest.
