I like to keep these things completely honest so here we go:
I bought the car from Bravo Auto about 1.5 years ago.
It has been serviced only at an official Audi center. (twice Tartu, once Tallinn)
So far I've done 3 services there for a total of nearly 3000 euros =>
1st: General maintenance, oil change, brake pads, etc.
2nd: Some small things which needed fixing, it was related to the springs of the car and the differential gaskets leaking. So all of this is new now and so is the oil in the differential.
3rd: the EGR cooler and DPF filter had to be replaced. So the system is now also clean of soot. (this is often a worry with diesel cars that this could happen at higher km's)
After this last service they told me that the car should now be good to go for a long time (with normal maintenance), until the belt needs to be replaced. Which is at around 175000 km and costs around 700 euros to do.
Considering the tons of diagnosis they did during these services i'm sure this statement is likely true.

My personal opinion of the car is that besides the unfortunate costs. It has never left me stranded (I drove it to Belgium and back once). It feels very luxurious for this price, and the driving experience has been very pleasant.
Things of interest:
Upon purchase at the dealership there were also some minor scratches in the back left. Though they didn't bother me.
Wired Android Auto/Carplay is available for a monthly cost of 9.99 bought from the Audi app.
Both a winter set and a summer set of tires come with the car.
