IS 300h F SPORTi puhul pöörati erilist tähelepanu rooli ja vedrustuse reageerimisvõimele, pakkudes täiesti uut taset juhitavuses. Näidikupaneelil kasutatakse digitaaltehnoloogiat, mis töötati algselt välja Lexuse LFA superauto jaoks. Keskkonsoolil mugavalt paiknev sõidurežiimi valija võimaldab valida maksimaalse ökonoomsuse saavutamiseks ECO-režiimi või dünaamilise sõidu jaoks SPORT S või SPORT S+ režiimi. Saadaval on ka EV-režiim, mis võimaldab sõita peaaegu vaikselt, ilma bensiini kulutamata ja heitmeid tekitamata.
